- The Eclipse Portable Laser Cleaning System uses a high-powered 50W Class IV laser.
- OSHA compliance requires use of properly rated and marked eye protection when working in or around a laser like ours. Our system includes one pair of protective eye wear.
- Auto shut-off feature engages should the roll stop spinning.
- Physical key switch with password protected PLC
- Laser assisted focus
- Laser cleaning speed is about 2-6 inches (51-152 mm) per minute depending on roll diameter, residue build-up and residue type.
- Easily fine tune parameters by controlling the laser pulse frequency, RPM, scanning speed and number of cleaning cycles.
- Laser system will handle rolls and sleeves with 4-10 inch (102-241 mm) diameter and up to 110″ (2974 mm) in length
- Laser system does not created retained heat on the roll being cleaned.
- Beacon light & sound indicates cycle start and end times.
